Belly Dance with Lotus Class Registration
You have the choice to pay online or mail to the address below.
Online PAID registrations, will be considered for a studio slot. For registrations submitted without payment, class admittance will be first come first served. No studio slot will be held. No exceptions.
Any registration forms submitted without a valid email address will not be considered registered.
